Thank you for choosing MS Travels for your travel needs. Please review the following policies when booking, modifying, or canceling your tour packages.
Booking Policy
- Booking Timeframe:
- A booking can be made up to 180 days in advance of the tour date.
- The minimum booking time is 3 hours before the tour departure time.
- Booking Methods:
- You can book your tour package via our website at https://mstravelagency.in/, through our mobile app, or by calling us at +91-9773905190.
- Advance Payment:
- To confirm your booking, an advance payment is required. The advance is based on the estimated cost of the tour and will be adjusted against the final payment at the end of the tour.
- Booking Confirmation:
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with details about your tour, including your tour package and guide/driver information.
- Identification:
- Please carry a printout of your booking confirmation voucher or the SMS confirmation for identification purposes.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Tour Packages
Cancellation requests must be made via phone or email as outlined below.
For Tour Packages:
- More than 30 days before the tour date:
- 100% refund of the total booking amount.
- Within 20-30 days before the tour date:
- 30% of the booking amount will be deducted as a penalty.
- Within 10-19 days before the tour date:
- 50% of the booking amount will be deducted as a penalty.
- Within 7-9 days before the tour date:
- 100% of the booking amount will be deducted as a penalty.
- Cancellation by MS Travels:
- If the cancellation is due to unavoidable reasons from our side, 100% of the booking amount will be refunded.
Modifications to Booking
- Up to 24 hours before the tour:
- You can modify your booking (e.g., change the dates) without any modification fee, subject to availability.
- After 24 hours before the tour:
- Modifications may incur additional charges, depending on availability and the nature of the request.
- After the tour has begun:
- Modifications are allowed but will be at the discretion of MS Travels and may require an additional fee.

Remaining Payments After Advance
- Payment Method:
- The remaining balance of your booking is to be paid to the guide or driver during the tour. This is subject to adjustment against the final bill. All payments should be made in cash, as drivers may not accept card payments or checks.
- Refund of Excess Payments:
- If the final amount is less than the advance, the excess will be refunded to you after confirming with the guide or operator. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the completion of the tour.
Refund Process
All refund requests are processed and refund within 5-7 business days, and payments will be made through the original method of payment.
Please Note:
- Refund requests made via WhatsApp or SMS are not considered valid.
- If the cancellation is due to unavoidable reasons on MS Travels’ end, a full refund will be provided.
